"I was very disappointed in the service provided by this hotel. Upon arrival, we were basically ignored for a minute or so and the young girl at reception was anything but warm and welcoming.
The refridgerator had broken down and we therefore had to have all of our goods taken to the staff fridge which was quite inconvenient. Both TVs had terrible reception and we regularly had to advise reception that we had run out of something as the cleaning staff had not replenished it that morning.
The swimming pool and gym is actually located in the adjoining hotel and is difficult to get to. the best part of the facilities was the bed which was very comfortable and the only saving grace for this hotel was it's location which was within easy walking distance to Darling Harbour, Sydney Entertainment centre, Chinatown and Paddy's market.
With a bit of staff training (in better hospitality) this hotel would be much better. " - Mike Fawcus

It was a bit disappointing that the Monorail Station there was closed as one of the reasons for choosing the hotel was easy access to Monorail. However I would have no hesitation staying there again. 52 studio and one-bedroom suites offer an all suite hotel experience of sophistication and elegance. Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen, video and CD player (on request), voice mail and modem access.
Hotel is currently under going some exciting changes, as a result there is some near by construction.
