"We ordered breakfast in our room once. We were pleased with it except for one thing - the cheese and ham platter did not seem fresh. The cheese looked like it had been on the plate for a day and the ham was sticky and really discusting. Also there was this piece of salami which looked very much uneatable. We hope that this was a human error, however this should not happen at a 5 star hotel.
Overall we were happy with the service and most of the staff were really nice and friendly. However some of them seemed to act as if they´re something better than their customers because they work at a 5 star hotel. So they should really adjust their service attitude to be a lot more customer service oriented." - Anonymous
