Rail: Taipei- Direct Tourist Train from Taipei to Hualien New Station, Duration approximately 3.5 hours. Taichung- Via Taipei towards Beihui Rail to arrive at destination. Kaohsiung- Via Nanhui Rail towards Northbound Tongbu Ganhsian to arrive at destination.
Regional Bus: After arriving at Hualien City via Air Bus direct passenger bus, transfer to Hualien passenger bus in the direction of Taitung, Fengbing.
City Bus: Hualien Old Train Station Bus in the direction of Taitung via the Coastline.
