"The staff was very helpful and friendly. " - Lynda Houser
"Great hotel: a reminiscence of the old Austro-Hungarian empire. Despite a slightly worn out bits and pieces especially in the rooms the atmosphere is great. Hotel Brasserie is certainly higly recommendable over the Panorama Restaurant (unprofessional service not matching the prices). The hotel's greatest asset is definitely the thermal spa (internal/external) where you can go almost directly from your room (included in price). At the moment, however, women spa is under reconstruction similarly to the bridge just in front of the hotel so be ready for some noise and possible inconvenience. " - Anonymous
"The hotel was well run and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The adjoining thermal baths were very pleasant and very convenient as the hotel has its own entrance. The hotel is well placed in regard to the 'sights'. Yes if we return to Budapest we will stay at this hotel. " - Martin Cheese
"People say that it is the best in Hungary - it is a fantastic place to stay. The wave pool alone is worth the money. I am saving up to go back!" - Elizabeth O'Brien
