"Really a great experience once we were permitted to go to the room.We arrived after 12 noon from the airport and as we only had a day in Singapore we wanted to drop everything and go out.That was not to be-the reception clerk advised us that the room was not yet ready and he politely offered us a drink whilst we waited.After nearly an hour I did complain and within 10 minutes were wwere assigned to a new room.Wonderful amenities,squeeky clean and excellant service , proximityl-couldn't be better.Near Orchard Rd.
