Rate is based on Twin share. Third adult charged at $40.00 on existing bedding payable direct to hotel. Swan rooms are on the first and second floors of the hotel and contain a fridge, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. In-house movies, foxtel and complimentary parking are provided for all guests.

"Location was excellent as we were in Perth for a concert at the Burswood. There was considerable savings by staying at the Metro Inn and catching a cab rather than staying at the Burswood. We had a riverfront room and the view was wonderful to wake up to. Rooms are comfortable. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay again. " - Denise Regan
