"Firstly, we were not impressed when we got to our unit to find that we did not have the ocean view that we paid extra for. Instead we overlooked the roof of the restaurant below as we were only on the first level. When I enquired about this situation I was told they don't do such a thing, ie.pay extra for a view. Was not happy at all! To make matters worse, my husband turned the TV on and found there was no reception. He rang the office to inform them and was told someone would be up to look at it. We headed out for a bit and when we returned nothing had been done about it. Because the office was shut we had to wait until the next day and when it finally got looked at we were told he had to go and buy a new antenna cord.
(which took quite a few hours!)We finally had a TV just after lunchtime on the second day. And lastly, we had to bath our 2 young children in the laundry tub as there was no bath.The customer service was definitly very poor! " - Chris Robinson
