"The Hotel Location I found to be very handy with transport right next door so to speak. Rooms were a decent size even though don't expect any spectacular view from the hotel rooms. They advertised that they have Wireless Internet in the rooms but they did not say that you had to pay for the service. I went to the caffe (zambra) diagonally accross the road from the hotel and had a nice coffee and fast wireless internet." - Anonymous

" The facilities were clean and comfortable and the location was excellent (hint: If you want to visit Kowloon, the Star Ferry is closer, cheaper and faster than trains. It is even faster than taking a taxi. Very nice location!). What is perplexing is that, while Internet access is available, it is a hassle. You must buy 'access cards' from the Business Center to log into the wireless network. Much less expensive hotels include Internet access in the fee for the room. Consider me 'ahead of my time' but I don't expect to have to contract seperately for the electricity or the water that I use at a hotel, and I expect Internet connectivity to be the same. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. On my first jet-lagged night there, however, the Business Reception desk woke me late at night to complete paperwork that they neglected to ask me to complete when I signed in. This was rude in the extreme. Nice hotel, but don't bother paying for the premium service and rooms." - William Henry
