"This place is great if you want somewhere to stay right in the city, this was my second time here and I also recommend to friends to book in here if wanting somewhere to stay in town. The rooms are a good size and fully equipped for a comfortable stay away from home, location is awesome especially if you want to do some bar hopping! I've never had a problem with the cleanliness of the place and all-in-all its definitely worth it to pay the price to stay here...however the customer service of some of the Reception staff could be improved on. Due to miscommunication and their own staffing faults I was advised I would need to check out earlier than had been arranged, confirmed and noted in the system. I am looking at other places to use in Auck City but I could still continue to stay here because improving customer service is an easy fix and at times a hit and miss issue!" - Kimberly McKean

"Room was clean and location is good,within walking distance of Foodland supermarket and lots of restaurants around the vicinity,short stroll to the viaduct and city centre.The LCD tv and the bath towel heater is a nice touch.Only complaint is there was no airconditioning,it can get unbearable in the summer." - See Wee Ming
