"We rented a 3-bedroom townhouse. The decor was dated. The hotel staff did not escort us to the rental property to review how to run the appliances/TV/DVD etc. No room service delivery was available from the hotel to the townhouses, which was difficult since we arrived later in the evening and did not want to bring a 7 and 11 year old out to eat that late.
