The Paramount Serviced Apartments are located between Bourke and Little Bourke Street at 181 Exhibition Street in Melbourne's CBD. The Apartments are easily accessible by car, taxi, train, tram or bus. Surrounded by The Paramount Retail Centre which includes a supermarket, cellar, food court and shops.

A credit card and photo ID (to be photocopied)are required on check in. A $100 authorisation (holding) will be processed on the card. If no credit card, a cash bond equivalent to one night stay is required upon check in.

Concessional parking is available at $20 per day (only apply to one car per apartment). Normal car park charges apply for parking after 11am on the day of departure. Car park entrance is 163 Exhibition Street Melbourne 3000 VIC
Note: Carpark entrance has a height restriction of 1.9 metres. Larger vehicles such as mini bus or van must seek alternative parking.
LOST TICKETS incur the maximum daily charge $70.
