"Having once built and operated a five star establishment for 7 years, my partner and I are well aquainted the hospitality industry, we enjoyed the Peppers experience, though the regular rate is a little excessive, the deal through website was great value for a property so close to Byron Bay. Our only disappointment was the rather spartan cold buffet breakfast, I would have been happier to pay more for a better brekkie in such lovely surrounds, but it wasn't available.
