Rosevears Vineyard Retreat is located in the heart of Tasmania's premier wine route, the Tamar Valley, a comfortable 15 minute drive from Launceston. It is an ideal location from which to explore Launceston and picturesque northern Tasmania. Cafe Estelle is located on site for breakfast and lunch daily.
Rosevears accommodation features 16 apartments in a Chalet setting, offering 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom spa and studio apartments ideal for family, friends or that special occasion. The apartments and studios have been simply furnished to take advantage of the stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, allowing the outside in. The views across the Tamar River, Vineyards and countryside can only be described as breathtaking.
For dinner why not organise a BBQ pack to cook on the BBQ on your own private deck or organise a platter from the restaurant. We require 24 hours notice to organise these prior to arrival.
Rosevears is the ideal place to base yourself to explore Launceston, visit the Gorge or explore the many vineyards in the area.
Within a half and hours drive of Rosevears Vineyard Retreat you can find Seahorse World, Platypus House, the Grubb Shaft Gold and Heritage Museum and the Tamar Island Wetlands.
Just 1 km from Rosevears Vineyard Retreat is the Tamar Valley Resort's challenging 9 hole golf course. Equipment can be hired from the Pro Shop and visitors are most welcome

Rosevears is located on the corner of the West Tamar Highway (A7)and Waldhorn Drive.
From Launceston follow the signs to Beauty Point via West Tamar Highway (A7) to the Waldhorn Drive intersection, the intersection is 7 Km from the roundabout at Legana and is on the left hand side of the Highway. Approaching from the North the intersection is 7 Km past Exeter on the right hand side of the Highway. |
