"I tried to use the telephone to reconfirm air reservations. Several attempts; no answer or busy. On checkout confronted with bill for 1600 rupees. When I protested; reduced to 1600. The desk clerk wanted to cash, so perhaps a scam. Took credit card with added fee.

"We enjoyed our stay here (second time after 2 years) and the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Hot water still a problem - only available at peak times. Internet access very bad - 3 computers and none work properly! Rooms are comfortable enough. " - Hanuman Dass
"The service was good as well as the restaurant ubication on the top of the building. There's also a very good vegetarian restaurant just in front of the htl. We were in room 105 and was perfect, no noises!!!
