The building was built in 1886 as the residence of a bourgeois family. In the era of the 20's, due to the strong literary and theatrical interest of the family, a theatre was set up in the small palace of Orfila 6, which made their performances famous among the society of Madrid of the moment.
In the era of the 90's, the building was reconverted into a hotel, preserving the facade, the carriage entrance, the main stairway, and the time which endows it with all the comfort, the aristocratic air of the time is considered in the decoration.
