Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the booking 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival will result in a refund of the payment less an administration fee of one nights hire plus an administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted. Cancellation later than the above specified number of days will result in no refund.
There is no refund in the event of a shortened stay.

Airport Shuttle available from Gold Coast Airport. Shuttle and Airtrain Service available from Brisbane Airport. Book when booking accommodation. Driving on the Pacific Highway, take EXIT 62 stay on this road, Brisbane Rd right to the Broadwater and Sandcastles is on your right, car park entry off Parker Street. Driving from Gold Coast Airport follow the main coast highway to 6 kms north of Surfers.

Security underground parking. 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments have 1 car space, 2spa and 3 Bedroom Deluxe Apartments have 2 car spaces.
Street Parking available for extra vehicles. Check with the Office for trailers etc.
