"Great centrally located position between Circular Quay & the city. Comfortable family rooms. Very pleasant staff. Traffic noise from George St, so if this is a problem ask for a room away from the front of the hotel. " - Anonymous
"I was very happy staying at this hotel right in the heart of the city. It could be a little noisy with city revellers but things calmed down later on in the night. Other than that it was a wonderful hotel. " - Anonymous

"When we arrived the room wasnt ready and we were told we would get a phone call on our mobiles when it was. We still had not heard by 4.30pm so we rang the hotel only to be told the room had been ready for a while. The reception staff were cold and unwelcoming and it was more like a hostel type of service rather than a 5 star hotel. There was one male receptionist who was nice but the girls were not friendly.
There was no bath robes or bath matt in the bathrooms.
There were people smoking and drinking beer around the pool and spa area.
The tv in the bedroom didnt work and we had to wait ages to get someone in to fix it.
Overall I wouldnt go back, which is a shame as the location was perfect. " - Morven Ross
