"The rooms were nice and clean, and although it was small it still managed to have everything necessary: a good bed, desk, chair, mini bar, cupboard and even room for a suitcase. The location was very good. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet the hotel location itself is not particularly noisy. I recommend taking the train from the airport to Gare Central and either walking (5 min) or taking a taxi from there. The service was very friendly. Having stayed in a lot of hotels in Brussels I have to say that the service at Scandic was the best I've seen. I will stay at the Scandic on my next trip for sure." - Anonymous

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable but the location of the room (dark window that could not be opened unless one enjoys looking into the breakfast room with lots of noise, so no fresh air possible) and size of the room (extremely small for 4 star standard) made the stay average. Most frustrating was that the wake up call that I ordered at the reception (since my own alarm was broken) did not function (they forgot and apologized) and therefore I overslept and missed an important meeting at the fair.
