"From Narita Airport to Tokyo Station, it takes about one hour with the Narita Express Train.
From Tokyo Station, you can take the Joetsu-shinkansen (Joetsu-line bullet train) to Jomo-kogen station, which takes about one hour and twenty minutes.
A free shuttle bus is available from the Jomo-kogen station at 13:30 everyday. Please make a reservation in advance. There is a free shuttle bus service leaving from the hotel to the station at 09:50."
