"Extremely friendly and helpful staff who speak English, French, & Spanish fluently. One staff member (only there weekends) also spoke Korean. Free access to the Internet in the hotel's lobby. Convenient location near the central rail/subway/bus terminal. Breakfast room a little hot & crowded; otherwise no complaints at all." - Peter Kipp
"Hotel/Room basic but suited us as out all day and only used room basically to go to sleep. Location was very good and most things within walking distance. Lady on reception was very helpful with suggestions on map of places to see and pointed us in right direction. (Her English very good). Hotel on a small scale and on top floor of a old building (5th floor) If ever in Rome again, wouldn't hesitate to rebook there. Might not be to everyone tastes, but we found it okay and it served it's purpose. " - David Elias
