2. Standard checkout time is 12 noon. Late check-out/ extension of stay is subject to availability and extra charge:
o for check-out before 4:00pm – equivalent to half-day rental
o for check-out after 4:00pm – equivalent to full day rental
3. All bookings must be processed with a booking fee equivalent to one night’s room charge. This amount will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
