이곳은 가족에 의해 운영되는 3.5성급 리조트로 에어컨이 구비된 96개의 객실과 134개의 콘도식 리조트 유닛과 스위트룸, 56개의 2층 빌라로 구성되어 있습니다.
모든 객실들은 바닷가에서 50미터 이내에 자리해 있고, 전용 발코니를 갖추고 있습니다.

승선요금은 호텔에 도착하여 직접 지불하시면 됩니다; 성인 왕복 $70. 어린이(3세-14세) 왕복 $36. 배편이 필요하지 않거나 추가 좌석을 필요로 하시면 예약부 직원에게 도착일에서 24시간 이전에 미리 연락하여 알려주시기 바랍니다 (8.30am-5pm 주 7일). 그렇지 않으면 사용되지 않은 승선요금에 대해서는 50%의 취소 수수료가 부과됩니다.
홀트 스트릿 선착장(Holt Street wharf)은 브리즈번 강의 북쪽 강변에 있는 게이트웨이 브리지(Gateway Bridge)에서 1 km 지점에 있습니다.

홀트 스트릿 선착장에는 주차장이 있습니다. 현재 주차요금은 하루에 $6.00이고 일주일에는 $30입니다. 주차구역에는 보안이 보장되지 않으며 지붕은 없지만, 울타리와 잠금장치가 있는 구역입니다.
선착장까지 오는 방법
시내나 서부 교외에서 Kingsford Smith Drive를 따라 오다가 Gateway Motorway overpass를 지나 2 km 쯤 오시다가 Holt Street으로 우회전한 후 그 길 끝까지 오시면 됩니다.
