We are approx 3 1/2hrs drive South on SHW 8, once at Twizel we are a further 30kms South, cross the Ahuriri bridge and 2km's onwards next to the airfield on the left hand side.
FROM QUEENSTOWN
We are approx 2.5 hr drive North on SWH 8 towards Mt Cook, pass over the Lindis pass into Omarama. Once at Omarama we are 2km's north (SWH 8 towards Mt Cook) from the township on the right hand side next to the airport, if the Ahuriri bridge is crossed you have driven to far.
FROM OAMARU
We are 2.0 hr drive heading wastwards past the man-made dams. Drive through Otamatata and we are the next township. Once at Omarama turn right adjacent to the Mobil garage and head north (SWH 8 towards Mt Cook), we are 2km's from the township next to the airfield, if the Ahuriri bridge is crossed you have driven to far
