The Torquay Tropicana is a five minute walk to Beach and Surf City Plaza, tourist information centre and the Surf World Museum. Surf City Plaza has the surf giants Rip Curl and Quicksilver plus many smaller surf companies. Torquay Tropicana Motel is set on two and a half acres of lawns and gardens and includes 18 ground floor units, 4 executive honeymoon suites with spa, recreation room, conference room, undercover BBQ, guest laundry, solar heated outdoor pool and heated spa.
