"Overall I felt the hotel was very clean, contemporary and friendly. I did encounter one very strange situation where I ran out of toothpaste and asked the front desk if they had any available and they didn't. I thought that was strange, a big hotel that has everything you need except toothpaste! I wouldn't let that stop me from booking again in the future though. My overall experience was pleasant." - Anonymous
"Fantastic location, great room (King), super ambience, especially in the Church Lounge, a little bit on the expensive side, but then NY is expensive. Would stay there again." - robert reineke
"Great hotel. Very conveniently located. Staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, in fact we wanted reservations to a particular restaurant that night and the concierge picked up the phone and, voila,it was done. I'd definitely stay there again. " - Anonymous
"Excellent food from the in room dining and hotel restaurant. Pity the wait staff and Maitre D' were so arrogant, unflexible and unhelpful (with the exception of one staff member).
The US expectation to be tipped for imparting the smallest piece of information or exertion (eg opening front door/hailing a cab) really began to wear thin on us. This was more evident at the Tribeca." - Anonymous
