"Beautiful and modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Friendly and efficient staff. The location is far from downtown Osaka, but this is not a problem if you have a JR pass: there is a train station just outside the hotel. If you intend take a flight at Kansai Airport this hotel is a great option: it is only 10 minutes far from the airport by a free shuttle. " - Joao Rech
"Enjoyed our brief overnight at the ANA - a welcome sight after a long plane ride. Free shuttle service from the airport was great (only a 10 minute trip) and the premium outlet shopping mall just down the road was very handy with its own foodcourt for something different. Only drawback to our short stay was our room's position right next to the evelator shafts which resulted in a continuous dull noise most of the night. However, the view was excellent (40th floor) and the front desk tried their hardest to answer our questions in the best English they could manage.
