"The Aarons hotel is very good value for money being reasonably priced and centrally located in the city only 5 minutes walk from the main Central station. From here you can easily get to/from the airport, catch interstate trains, or catch local trains and buses to most tourist locations within the city, e.g. Circular Quay. "The room we stayed in faced onto the busy Ultimo Road and was very noisy. The "window rattler" air conditioner struggled with the relatively warm temperatures and was quite noisy. The retro fitted bathroom module made the room quite "awkward". The rooms are comfortable though and perhaps if we had a quieter room the stay would have been more enjoyable. Currently undergoing refurbishment Aarons Hotel Sydney offers the best value, for money and central location, that your dollar can buy. From a single bed to a family room for six, all rooms include ensuites and are well appointed with colour television, direct dial telephone, small bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, fan, heater, air-conditioning, clock radio and hair dryer. Our restaurant, Cafe Nine, offers contemporary modern cuisine with good old fashioned friendly service, combining to create a great atmosphere. Jade Tavern is the perfect place to unwind over a local beer, a glass of wine or a daily changing cocktail list. It is located downstairs from the Cafe, and stays open 7 days a week till late. |
