"An excellent boutique hotel with an excellent location and breathtaking views over Lake Rotorua! The hosts, Ray (hope I've spelled the name correctly) and Michael, were wonderful- friendly, helpful and warm- they made us feel like we were right at home!! Michael's cooked breakfasts (including Ray's lovely Greek yoghurt)were among the best my wife, Shivani, and I have eaten!!Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to escape a busy lifestyle and will definitely go back again. Getting There: Ex Rotorua Airport:
When you exit the Rotorua airport turn left.
Follow the main road north for approx. 2 minutes until you come to the signposted highway junction to Whakatane. Here you will turn right. Travel just 400m down this road and you will see Brunswick Drive on your left. Turn left through the large brick entrance and follow Brunswick Drive for 1 km. Flemington Place is the third road on your right. Turn into Flemington Place and continue to the top of the hill. Accolades is Number 31.
