"There were a lack of bathroom toiletries and the towels were not very nice at all - not at all soft. No dressing gowns were provided. It felt as though it was past its best and needed a refurb. The breakfast was awful and despite getting to the restuarant just after it opened, all of the cooked breakfast was cold. The coffee was not nice at all. The staff were very friendly.
