"I stayed at this hotel with my family from April 20 to 24 inclusive. In my booking I'd asked for a non-smoking double room with king size bed. When checking in, however, I was told that this hotel had only single beds in non-smoking section. Worse was to follow.
When I sought a change of rooms on day 2, we were given a key to a 2nd floor room that was said to have just been cleaned. My young daughter and I walked into the room, and as we unlocked the door, we were completely taken aback to find a strange man with a tool kit inside the toilet! It turned out that he was a technician repairing the telephone, but we were not alerted about it. In the event, we declined to change rooms, and managed in the originally assigned room with difficulty. " - Anonymous
"Close to the main access road to the airport. Good location; breakfast buffet was better than most B&Bs in Asia. Staff were very helpful, willing, and prompt. Will revisit the next time in Singapore." - Anonymous
