"Probably the most unhelpful staff I've ever expereicned at a hotel. The front desk girl seemed to go out of her way to make staying in the hotel unpleasant. I never write these things but they managed to make quite an impression. There's lots of choice in Brussels and I would pick another hotel if given the choice." - Anonymous
