"It was late and cold when we arrived. A suggestion to the manager that maybe it could be more economical to have the heaters on some time before the expected arrival of guests as then the room would not be chilly, the heater could operate at a lower and possibly more economic setting and guests would not be using the highest, most expensive setting for a long period to warm up." - Margaret Kobier
