"Hotel location is good, it's about a 15 min walk into the main shopping street, or 5 mins to the nearest train station, staff in the hotel reception were brilliant and very helpful, advising that we got a "Hamburg card" that allowed us to travel on any train or bus free - this card allows up to 5 people to travel on it (that price is for altogether - not each, BRILLIANT VALUE) I have stayed in loads of hotels around the world, and to be honest I am not quite sure what makes this hotel a 4 star, I would say it's only a 3* - but my over all experiance both in hamburg and the hotel was brilliant!" - Alan Whiteman

The Hotel Berlin is a private owned hotel with spacious and elegant interior. Close located to the center of town. The subway station „Berliner Tor“ is just 150 m away. The hotel has 93 rooms on 7 floors, restaurant, bar, terrasse and conference facilities, international kitchen, show cooking place. Parking place and parking garage is free of charge.
The hotel is personal leaded with a cosy atmosphere. The staff always try to be in touch with the guests, like there is no automatic alarm – clock, but a friendly „good morning“. Further we are helpful in organizing personal programms, like reservation and recommending of restaurants, ticket booking, etc.
