"Very friendly and attentive staffs. Due to my own mistake, i wasn't aware that I had made reservation for a single bed room. After realising this upon check-in, the front desk staffs were very kind to obliged to my request to switch to a double bed room (as it was same price anyway). In addition, they've even called my room later on to make sure everything was fine. The only downside is that the room was pretty small... however, considering the price and location, i think it is value for money." - Seng Ng
"The hotel is ideally located in mid levels, and is a short taxi ride or trip on the escalator to the central business district. The hotel represents very good value considering its' Hong Kong Island location. The dining room is very good with all-day dining. The rooms are a little tired and in need of a revamp, however overall, I would return because the overall hotel facilities are good value for money." - Robert Wright
