"Phew, our initial reaction at the front desk was, thankfully, not the true hotel experience at all. The lady at the reception on our arrival (and departure) did not suit the hotel... unfriendly, unwelcoming and as if we were an intrusion. All other staff were what you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre, friendly and efficient. Both rooms we booked were adequate. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast and the delightful breakfast staff...they are sensational. And the capuccino's they make are delicious. Any request is met with enthusiastic response... our son was ill with a sore throat... hot water and lemon and some pills readily prepared. "Hotel 10 or 15 minutes walk from centre of Rome but in very nice area with a couple of very good restaurants, trams and buses only a few minutes walk away. Very good buffet breakfast with lovely staff. Would definitely use it again." - Laurence Davies
"Friendly and helpful staff of associates. Central location was easy to walk to shopping, have dinner or take taxi. Hotel is very quiet and seems to be in safe location. We had to make two long distance (USA) phone calls from our room with no calling card, although we were only on the phone 10 minutes max, the calls only cost $3.00 Euros!
