"What a lovely family hotel! The owners are very nice, but quiet and respectful. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss for my partner as he cant have dairy which was in everything, otherwise good for me though. Location absolutely awesome for using the "Red Bus" to get about sightseeing and you can walk most places from their front door. Parking nonexistent and only other issue were the old pipes in the bathroom which smelt bad (open window fixed it). Free internet pc - great! " - Nicky Patchett
"Very close to the Train Station ... staff were extremely helpful with ideas and maps. Walking distance to Colosseum ... in fact we walked to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Vatican but we caught a bus home !! Be prepared for steps when you enter the building.. breakfast was basic but sufficient ... overall we felt it was good value and would stay here again. " - SUE MUNT
"Very friendly staff and central location. Only two streets away from Rome Railway Terminus (Termini). Bit hard to find as it is marked only by a little brass plaque on the wall near the front door. Look for the number. Basic but good for a short stay. " - james french
"Close to Termini but not too close to noisy traffic area. Lovely tree lined street on the quieter side. Close to transport, shops & restaurants all walking distance.Room was spacious compared to other small hotels. Very basic but spotless. Breakfast just OK- a bit too meagre for even a small eater, however enough to get you going & definately worth the stay for the price. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The foyer is a bit off putting, wasnt quite sure what we were walking into! Hotel of just 10 rooms is actually on the 1st floor. Overall our stay was very pleasant & we would definately stay there again." - Helen Lakatos
