"Very difficult to decide where to start. This hotel deserves a lot to say. 1) We had 4 rooms, they all are attractive. 2)We had 4 premier rooms, however we have some surprises at the reception. They upgrade 2 rooms to grand deluxe and 3 rooms to grand premier 3) free minibar everyday, including beers, coke, choclate, water 4) free daily coctails from bar 5) rooms were excellent, one of the best rooms i have ever stayed 6) reception staff and all staff were helpful 7)very very good location - central but quiet 8) excellent design of pool, but not very clean 9)hotel has lots of green area, we feel like we were in dream 10)very good pricing 11) good selection of breakfast 12)beds were very comfortable 13)flat screen TV 14)details such as umbralla, 2 beach towel is ready in beach bag:)for you 15)good advices for the area" - Burc Pekmezoglu
"We stayed at the Burasari in March. The new section of the hotel is very nice, but if you are unlucky enough to get a room in the rooms beginning with 1 then I feel sorry for you. The have been renovated but they are small and smell old. You would be advised to book a premier room in the newer wings. The location is good, the pool is lovely and there are 2 of them. Our room began with a 3 and had a small courtyard out the back of it, as it was a ground floor room. It was pleasantly decorated- leaning towards a more modern style, clean and serviced daily. The breakfast is OK but if included in the tarrif, good value. They wanted to put us in the old room but I complained and said that I would check out if this problem was not resolved, and thankfully the polite supervisor found us this altenative pleasant room." - Anonymous

The resort grounds are just a few steps away from the main beach area, and within easy walking distance of Patong’s wonderful array of shops, restaurants, cafes, beer bars, and diving shops the area has to offer. There is quick and easy access by car from the Phuket International Airport, and we provide an airport transfer service for that purpose.
