"The hotel was clean except for soap scum on the shower curtains. That's minor, so the hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The breakfast was excellent as well. Be warned: You must have a car to get here. I don't think that public transport serves this area. (It's 30 min outside of Edinburgh). " - Marja Mullings
"An excellent choice at the price we paid. Facilities are limited to restaurant, bar and beer garden. Breakfast was standard fare, but evening meals were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and access is easy for the M8 for Edinburgh. " - Mike Carroll
