"A clean, reasonably priced and excellently located hotel. However it is tired needing a big spruce up and the staff need a huge education program on customer service. They were cold, unhelpful and at times rude. It was not only the reception, more so the dining room breakfast staff. A little effort in making the "guests" feel comfortable and at home would not go astray. It may be something relating the capital cities, however they would not last in the north where guests are guests and not a necessary imposition." - Susan Kuhl
