"What a beautiful hotel complex and a great location for being close to city centre. Taxi fares very small to commute to anywhere in city. Hotel staff very obliging and polite. Facilities excellent throughout though the inhouse bar was extremely expensive. Loved to pool. " - Barbara Wenn
"The free shuttle bus offered in the ad was not readily available. Our room was fine but had a musty odour to it. Location is good for Chinatown shopping but not for access to Orchard Rd and MRT. Buses outside but difficult to navigate." - Anonymous
