"Overall it was a useful place to stay as an overnight stopover. It is located right in the CBD so if this is your choice, it's a good location. The hotel was quiet, and the service good. The beds in my room were very soft/old, and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There was even soap leftover from the last person. So not the cleanest place I'd stayed." - Anonymous

"Local information difficult to obtain from staff.
Most staff not Australian, requests often not clearly understood.
Staff tried to be extremely helpful, not always successful but intentions good.
Booked in a little early, not a problem.
Location excellent, close to everything for our needs.
Would recommend it for less than first choice. We were happy with service for price we paid. Beds SO COMFORTABLE.
Bar and bottle shop staff extremely helpful in unusual circumstances.
