"For a hotel hyping Best Western management, the hotel is not worth the value of money. The hotel is not in the best of locations, being at the end of a lane. The staff behavior is okay by Bangkok standards. For the suite rooms, the king size bed sizes are small for somebody planning to visit with family (adults and small kids in one room). Breakfast spread could be improved, should we consider competing hotels in better locations. Overall suggestion: You can find a better hotel by paying as much in Bangkok." - Anonymous
