"Peter and Evelyn who operate the hotel are thoughtful and considerate. We felt as though we were invited guests rather than paying guests. The peaceful location in the mountains is a refreshing break from the heat and noise of the city. The proximity to the beach and other tourist attractions was very convenient for our plans. The open windows do allow guests to share both the quiet and the sounds of those around. Some of those sounds can be less than pleasant, but in general they are not significant. "I rented the suite which was enormous and could serve as a flat for a week or so. The location, 15min to the sea, the hills at the front door make it an ideal place for diverse holiday.
The owner who speaks a variety of languages was very helpful in finding suitable restaurants in the area and even called them up for me.

Enjoy the pleasant climate of the Costa de Valencia, away from the tourist centres, whilst only 10 km from the Mediterranean Coast. FINCA LOS PINOS is a small family owned hotel, ideal for active holidays and individual tourism or simply to relax in a quiet unspoilt valley, amidst orange trees and surrounded by the Vernissa river and mountain scenery of the La Safor region.
We speak English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.
We reserve the right to admit pets, to be checked upon booking. The owners are responsible for the animal’s behaviour. Pets rate for 1 day: 8 Euros.

Distance from Airports: Valencia 90 km, Alicante 130 km
By Car: From Valencia southbound, direction Alicante "por la costa": Take the AP-7 motorway. Exit at # 60 Xeraco/Xeresa. Joint the National Road N-332, in the direction of Alicante. On Gandia bypass, after the 2nd tunnel, exit to the regional road CV-60 in the direction of Albaida.
Stay on the CV-60 and exit at number 32 – Rótova. In the village of Rotova, follow the official hotel signs. At the last house of the right, turn right and then left. Turn right at the board "Finca Los Pinos" just ahead. After crossing the bridge, stop at the 2nd green gate on the left (distance from the entrance to Rotova: 1,7 km).
From Alicante northbound, direction Valencia: Take the AP-7 motorway. Exit at # 61 Oliva/Gandia. Join the National Road N-332 direction Valencia. On the Gandia bypass, exit to regional road CV-60 in the direction of Albaida.
