"Well located hotel, just behind the Blue Mosque, lively area, shops, restaurants etc. Views from dining/breakfast terrace stunning. Twin bed room quite small, not even a chair to sit on or place for luggage, bathroom adequate. Suggest pay a bit more for a bigger, better appointed room if available. " - Beatrice Bentley

"their policy on pricing was difficult to understand. they told me they would bill me in u.s.dollars. this was fine but when i came to pay they said it was dollars converted to ytd. when i said i would pay in ytd they said they could not accept it. it was very confusing. in addition checking in/out was a slow process so make sure you leave adequate time to do so. the week we were there they were working on decorating the hotel and advised (correctly) in advance that when we returned for the second stay we would be transferred to their sister hotel (goldeh horn hotel-very confusing). we agreed to this. it wqas no where near as good as the g.h.a.h.s.. the location was poor as were all the services. i would recommend the g.h.a.h.s. hotel but would not recommned the sister hotel." - Anonymous
