"First impressions of the Cross Hotel are: "WOW"! We stayed in a double room, which was close to being a suite in size and layout. Yes, it was next to a busy road, but it's smack bang in the heart of Shinsaibashi and the Namba area: right next door to all the shopping, restaurants and bars. If you enjoy any of those activities, come to the Cross..." - Anonymous
"A very pleasant and uncomplicated hotel. The staff were always courteous and polite and spoke more than enough English to allow guests to communicate freely. Clean, fair-sized rooms and decent bathrooms made this a good value hotel for our Osaka stay." - Anonymous
"Cabdriver had a bit of trouble finding it, even with the webmap, but a top spot. Funky red/black decor, decent size room, firm bed/pillows, Ella Bache toiletries. Low ceilings in dark corridors may not suit the claustrophobic. A stone's throw from transport, shopping malls (still closed at 1100?), department stores, internet cafe, eateries. Hotel's buffet breakfast offered superb value/variety. Staff not only booked our massage (highly recommended for seriously overwalked muscles) upstairs, but accompanied us up to ensure our needs were met. " - Anonymous
"Room was clean and had everything I need. Location was excellent but better directions can be provided on the website. I would definitely stay there again! " - Anonymous
