"Spa was closed for 3 days - no notification . Metal lip on the floor between bathroom and bedroom of room is raised and is guaranteed to catch your toes painfully. A Really bad design!! (thought room service bought the bandages quickly)" - kate cosgrove
"1.Room was small in comparison to other acommodation providers where we have stayed for same or similar pricing.
2.Sheets on beds were overstarched, scratchy and uncomfortable.
3. ceiling downlight and exhaust fan in bathroom did not work.
4. room was incredibly hot on entering following check-in and air conditioning remote had been tampered with and took some time to work out how to switch it on (i.e. it had not been left as per instructions) and temp. was set on maximum - clearly the staff who service the rooms do not check this?" - Anonymous
"Great location down near the Westpac Stadium and handy to Lambton Quay. Rooms beautiful and quiet - no noise from next door. Staff good but can take a while to get your car from the carpark. $25.00/day parking is steep and the bar prices are horrendous! But a great stay." - Anonymous
"Hotel was very pleasant, room was spacious and modern. Liked the Take-inn version of room service. Was dissapointed that the spa pool was out of action (for cleaning) the whole time we were staying there. " - Craig Dealey
