"We stayed here twice in the space of a month - once when we first arrived in Canada and again while looking for somewhere to live. Both times, the front desk receptionists were quite rude, seeming to be in a hurry to get rid of us (one even lectured us that we had to give the restaurant a tip because we were getting breakfast included in our deal). This treatment was confined to two particular staff - all other staff were very friendly (particularly the people in the restaurant). The hotel is very convenient and very good value." - Anonymous
"Was a good choice for us as we were there for the Vancouver Interior Home Show and the venue was 15 mins walk. There is a great restaurant that we found nearby on Hamilton Street called Hamilton Grill and would recommend it. Would definately stay here again." - MARISA GLOCKLING
"Rooms are small but adequate for a short stay. Location of hotel is adjacent to "red light area" therefore would possibly not suit all clients." - Anonymous
"Very nice place to stay for a short visit(one night). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. The room was very small so if we stayed longer, it may have been a problem. The parking was limited so I was glad I had a small vehicle. The area of downtown was questionable at night with many people on the street to make us feel uncomfortable. " - Anonymous
