"taxi driver doesn't know this hotel, (at the ferry terminal), we had a hard time in a rainy day, other driver take us to hotel finally, it's good for tram ride, staffs are helpful and kind, they are fluent in English & Chinese, door man's service was so nice. Big sized room ever stayed in hongkong, brand new facilites, clean and neat bathroom (there are bath tub and shower booth) If you want to use safty box, read instructions before lock it, don't forget to press red reset button in the box.
