"Room small, lots of traffic noise. Not much storage for clothes.
In walking distance to Cuba St. Using pool/spa was great. Restaurant good." - Daryl Goodwin
"I chose the Mercure because in my experience they have good firm beds - as did this one! The very best thing about this hotel was the staff who were welcoming, helpful and attentive. My only niggle is that the shower pressure was a bit low. It's not the most central hotel but it is extremely close to the funky 'Cuba' quarter which has more buzz than the more clinical CBD so in some ways it's in a great location. " - Sharon Wooster
"Very basic room with very tiny bath room. Bed provided had long past its sell-by-date as it was like a trampoline. Room faces the street so gets quite noisy early in the morning. " - Anonymous
"Really nice hotel. My only real complaint would be the pathetically poor water pressure in the shower. It was mildly annoying for my 1 night stay, it would have been a much more serious issue had I been staying longer. " - Steve Tucker
