"We stayed here twice, the first time we struggled with our bags and carparking. There was noone there to assist us. The room was lovely, a shame about the first impression. The second time we stayed (2 days later) we were pleasantly surprised to see there were porters working and attendants to help. We had a beautiful suite overlooking the lake and a wonderful welcome letter. The highlight of the stay was dinner in the restaurant - I highly recommend it. The duck is sensational. Also, the Conceirge, Max, went out of his way to make our trip magic. He organised all of our activities and tours, he is a credit to the Hotel and Accor." - Simone Sporle
